水性环氧树脂与油性环氧树脂有哪些区别?它们都各有什么特性?
水性环氧树脂与普通油性环氧在成分、用途、物理性质等方面都有不同,
一、组成方式不同
1、水性环氧树脂:环氧树脂是指分子中含有两个以上环氧基团的一类聚合物的总称。它是环氧氯丙烷与双酚A或多元醇的缩聚产物。
2、普通油性环氧:水性环氧树脂可分为阴离子型树脂和阳离子型树脂,阴离子型树脂用于阳极电沉积涂料,阳离子型树脂用于阴极电沉积涂料。
二、用途不同
1、水性环氧树脂:水性环氧树脂的主要特点是防腐性能优异,除用于汽车涂装外,还用于医疗器械、电器和轻工业产品等领域。
2、普通油性环氧:环氧树脂主要用于涂料行业和电子行业。复合材料成型用环氧(主要应用于电子行业的印刷电路板)占四分之一。
三、物理性质不同
1、水性环氧树脂:在环氧树脂链上引入亲水性聚氧乙烯基团,同时保证每个改性环氧树脂分子上有两个或两个以上环氧基,所得的改性环氧树脂不用外加乳化剂即能自分散于水中形成乳液。如先用聚氧乙烯二醇、聚氧丙烯二醇和环氧树脂反应,形成端基为环氧基的加成物。
2、普通油性环氧:环氧树脂具有仲羟基和环氧基,仲羟基可以与异氰酸酯反应。环氧树脂作为多元醇直接加入聚氨酯胶黏剂含羟基的组分中,使用此方法只有羟基参加反应,环氧基未能反应。

1. Waterborne epoxy resin: epoxy resin is a kind of polymer with more than two epoxy groups in the molecule. It is the condensation product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A or polyol.
2. Common oily epoxy resin: waterborne epoxy resin can be divided into anionic resin and cationic resin. Anionic resin is used for anode electrodeposition coating and cationic resin is used for cathode electrodeposition coating.
2、 Different uses
1. Waterborne epoxy resin: the main feature of waterborne epoxy resin is its excellent anti-corrosion performance. In addition to automobile coating, it is also used in medical devices, electrical appliances and light industrial products.
2. Ordinary oily epoxy: epoxy resin is mainly used in coating industry and electronic industry. Epoxy resin for composite molding (mainly used in printed circuit board of electronic industry) accounts for one fourth.
3、 Different physical properties
1, waterborne epoxy resin: the introduction of hydrophilic polyoxyethylene group on the epoxy chain, while ensuring that each modified epoxy resin has two or more than two epoxy groups, the modified epoxy resin can be self dispersed in water without the addition of emulsifier. Such as the first reaction of polyoxyethylene glycol, polyoxypropylene glycol and epoxy resin to form an adduct with epoxy end group.
2. Ordinary oily epoxy: epoxy resin has secondary hydroxyl and epoxy group, secondary hydroxyl can react with isocyanate. Epoxy resin is directly added into the hydroxyl component of polyurethane adhesive as a polyol. In this method, only hydroxyl group participates in the reaction, but epoxy group does not.
