胶粘剂的分类之按物理形态的划分是怎样的？

胶黏剂的品种繁多，其化学组成各不相同，性能、形态及外观也不同，粘接强度、粘接方式甚至不同胶黏剂的应用范围也不尽相同。即使我们常说的“万能胶”类胶黏剂也只是应用范围较广一些，并不是真正万能的，每一种类型的胶粘剂都有其善长的应用专长点，很多应用功能上并不能相互替代，那么胶粘剂按外观物理形态划分的话，一般会有哪些类型呢，下面我们一起来了解一下：

1、水基型：合成树脂或橡胶分散于水中，形成水溶液或乳液，如淀粉、白乳胶、聚乙烯醇等。

2、溶剂型：合成树脂或橡胶分散于溶剂中，形成具有一定黏度的溶液。所用的合成树脂主要包括热固性树脂和热塑性树脂，所用的橡胶包括合成橡胶和天然橡胶，如氯丁橡胶、丁基橡胶等。

3、固体型：是一种以热塑性树脂或橡胶为基体的多组分混合物，如聚烯类、聚酰胺、聚酯等，常加工成粒状、块状、粉末或带状形式，室温下为固体状或膜状，加热到一定温度后熔融为液态，涂布、润湿被粘物后，经压合、冷却，在很短时间内即可形成较强的粘接力，也称为热熔胶。

4、膏状型：是一类将合成树脂或橡胶配制成易挥发的高黏度溶液的胶黏剂，主要用于密封和嵌缝等方面。

3. Solid: it is a kind of multi-component mixture based on thermoplastic resin or rubber, such as polyolefin, polyamide, polyester, etc., which is often processed into granular, massive, powder or ribbon form. It is solid or film form at room temperature. After heating to a certain temperature, it melts into liquid state. After coating and wetting the adherend, it is pressed and cooled, In a very short time can form a strong adhesive force, also known as hot melt adhesive.

4. Paste type: is a kind of synthetic resin or rubber prepared into volatile high viscosity solution of adhesive, mainly used for sealing and caulking.
