SMT用贴片胶/贴片红胶的使用操作及注意事项有哪些？

点胶工艺使用指南：
　1.冷藏贮存的产品必须在恢复到室温之后方可使用（一般约需要4-8小时）。
　2.使用之前要把点胶嘴、适配器等配件彻底清洗干净以避免与其它环氧胶或丙烯酸酯胶造成交叉污染。
　3.点胶机不工作时不要把用过的未清洗的胶针嘴或适配器放在点胶机上超过24小时。
　4.不要把未清洁的点胶针嘴长时间地浸泡在溶剂内。
　5.点胶量的大小取决于工作压力、时间、点胶嘴尺寸和环境温度。
　6.这些参数随点胶机的型号不同而不同，需要进行工艺优化。
　7.理想的点胶温度应控制在30-38℃，不建议在更高的温度下点胶。

SMT贴片胶刮涂印刷使用指南：
　1.产品应在冰箱冷藏保存，使用前需回温4-8小时。
　2.在印刷操作时,对环境要求是25℃温度，相对湿度小于70%。
　3.胶粘剂的用量取决于被粘材料、印刷速度、胶点胶模高度、刮刀接触压力和温度等因素。
贮存条件：
　1.理想贮存条件是在2-10℃下将未拆封的产品冷藏在干燥的地方。
　2.冷藏过的产品必须在恢复到室温之后方可使用。
　3.为避免污染原装粘结剂，不得将任何用过的胶粘剂倒回原包装内。

Dispensing process guide:

1. Refrigerated products can only be used after they are restored to room temperature (generally about 4-8 hours).

2. Thoroughly clean the dispensing nozzle, adapter and other accessories before use to avoid cross contamination with other epoxy adhesives or acrylate adhesives.

3. When the dispenser is not working, do not PUt the used and unwashed plastic needle or adapter on the dispenser for more than 24 hours.

4. Do not soak the unclean dispensing needle in the solvent for a long time.

5. The amount of dispensing depends on the working pressure, time, size of dispensing nozzle and ambient temperature.

6. These parameters vary with the type of dispenser and need to be optimized.

7. The ideal dispensing temperature should be controlled at 30-38 ℃. Dispensing at higher temperature is not recommended.
