H907-C-2, conductive adhesive, transformer conductive adhesive, conductive carbon adhesive

CHARATERISTICS

The H907-C-2 is a one-component sticky carbonate conductive adhesive, based on thermoset exposy resin. The cured ones shown good electroconductivity, thermostability and bonding force.

TYPICAL APPLICATION

Semiconductors and chips. Bonding/fixation and sealing of different components.

High recoommendation to bind transformer magnetic core and copper wire, with relatively lower resistivity and higher bonding strength.

PERFORMANCE

Typical properties cured for 1-1.5h @ 120°C (extend the curing time if need to do thicker)
